How long does delivery take?
Delivery schedules are calculated on a job-by-job basis. We aim to turnaround your order in 2 weeks. Subject to press-time and material availability.
Do you charge for delivery?
All next-day delivery charges are amortised into our unit prices. Special deliveries, such as same-days, are costed on a job-by-job basis.

Can I use any type of material?
Yes, we stock many types of materials and can buy in others upon request.
Which material should I choose?
Please speak with our experienced sales team and they will help to guide you through this process.
Can you supply labels for chemical applications?
Yes, we often produce labels that reach the chemical market.
Do you supply environmentally friendly labels?
We convert many materials that are sustainable and environmentally friendly. All of our paper stocks are FSC, while we also use pre-recycled papers & plastics.
Products
Can you create irregular label shapes?
Most shapes are do-able. If you’ve a design in mind, then please send it to one of our sales team for review.
Can you produce peel & reveal and read labels?
If you can think of a label construction that we can’t produce, drinks are on us! We aim to make your purchasing easy and centralised, we’ve a very broad capabilities list.
How many colours can you print?
We can print anything between 0-9 colours in-line. We also print variable data, thermally reactive ink, latex, adhesive kills and many more types of coatings/inks.
Can you print barcodes?
Yes, all that we need is a data sheet with your barcode numbering range. Please call us, on 01159 286421, to discuss further.
Can you produce sheeted labels?
We can finish products to sheet form, reel form or fan-folded form.

Do you have sample packs available?
Yes, we can send a sample pack to an address of your choosing.
Can you produce a trial?
We forever produce trials/bespoke samples for our customers.
What services do you offer?
We aim to help our customers in the most appropriate way. If you require stock to be held, we can. If you require fast turnarounds, we can do this too.
How do you ensure quality?
We assign quality assessment surveys to each roll of raw material that we convert, our trusted operators then fill these in and file them with your ticket record. Each box of finished goods has reference to the roll of raw material, the time of manufacture, the press and the operator – this ensures traceability and reminders, through production, to ensure quality.
Can you design my label artwork?
We do not have in-house design facilities. Our reprographics partner has this facility, though. If you send an email, outlining what you need, between us we will get back to you.

How do we get a quote?
Simply call in, or email and explain your enquiry, we will then work to submit a price within 2 hours.
What is your strong suit?
Our product range is very varied; the machinery that we use is most efficient when dealing with medium-long run lengths. As a general rule of thumb, if the quantity is less than 10,000, we may not be as competitive as digital converters.
How do I make payment?
Payment can be made in one of two ways, if it’s a first time order; we require proforma. Otherwise, our standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice.
